Song Tailor is a small custom-song studio run by Mo Elshereif. Questions about anything below: hello@songtailor.net.

Your details & privacy

What we collect: the occasion, who the song is for, and the story you type into the order form; your email address; and your payment, which is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
What we use it for: writing and delivering your song, and contacting you about your order. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
How long we keep it: your song brief is kept for up to 2 years after delivery so we can support revisions and re-sends, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires (Stripe holds these). Email hello@songtailor.net any time to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to have your brief deleted sooner.
A note on personal stories: please share only what you're comfortable with, and avoid sensitive details about children or other people that aren't needed for the song.

A first draft, usually within 1–2 business days of receiving your brief.
One revision round is included with every package — tell us what to change and we'll adjust the draft once.
Final delivery as MP3 + WAV after your revision.
Athletics / school packages include school-use rights for the finished track.
For multi-song bundles, each song follows the same draft → revision → final steps.

Because every song is custom work that begins as soon as your payment clears, orders are non-refundable once production has started.
If you contact us before we've started, we'll refund you in full.
Your package includes one revision round to get the details right. If something is still wrong after that revision, email hello@songtailor.net and we'll work with you to make it right.
If we're ever unable to complete your song, you'll get a full refund.
